1. Early-stage status

ZeroMan.ai is in active development. The Services are provided for informational and evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to deliver any product, feature, integration, or service level. Forward-looking statements describe our intent, not currently deployed capabilities.

2. Permitted use

• You may browse the website for lawful business and evaluation purposes.
• You may submit information through the design-partner form to express interest in collaborating with us.
• You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or use the Services to build a competing offering.

3. Submissions and feedback

Information you submit through any form, conversation, workshop, or design-partner activity is provided voluntarily. You grant ZeroMan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use feedback, suggestions, and non-confidential ideas to improve the Services. You confirm you have the right to share any information you provide.

4. Confidentiality

Information either party identifies as confidential during a design-partner engagement will be treated with reasonable care and used only to evaluate or progress that engagement. A separate written agreement may apply to specific evaluations.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, diagrams, and copy on the website are the property of ZeroMan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

6. No warranty

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroMan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
